The Savannah and Hilton Head Island Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

The "Multi List" is the tool for agents and brokers to access a complete inventory of listings, their details, information, and sales history. As soon as you decide to sell, your house will be placed on the Savannah Board of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service in Georgia and the Hilton Head Island MLS in South Carolina which will create instant exposure to local real estate agents and brokers. This database of listings is the first place buyers' agents will look to find homes for sale.
Open House Events and Real Estate Promotional Materials

A weekend Open House will be held by your agent at your request. This event is open to the public and is typically held on Sundays, from 3 to 5pm. Open House events help to generate interest among potential buyers beyond those who are working with an agent, those who may be visiting the area, etc. We also invite local agents and brokers to special Agent-only Open Houses to generate broad interest and get the word out.
