Before joining Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty, I was a high-producing agent at a top-tier Manhattan firm, representing countless buyers, sellers, and investors, in perhaps the most competitive real estate market in the world. I transacted nearly $50 million in deals within the NYC market, and I attribute that success to dedication, in-depth market knowledge, and a personalized approach. I have lived in many regions of the U.S. and have traveled extensively abroad. During my travels, the place that stayed with me was what I would deem, the most charming, picturesque city in the world... Savannah. I feel like a lot of cities lack personality. They're just streets, houses, and businesses with a lack of cohesion. Savannah was laid out thoughtfully, and as America’s first planned city, it feels like it’s supposed to be here.
I moved to Savannah in my teens and played tennis for Savannah Country Day School. I received 2006 All-American Honors at Armstrong Atlantic State University, finishing the year ranked top 5 in the nation, before going on to earn an international ranking in the ATPs Professional World Singles and Professional World Doubles standings. I never forgot Savannah – its beauty and charm, the climate, the historic character and proximity to the beach. I returned to my old city with a new perspective. What I saw was a market that was ready to boom.
In addition to my own historic downtown home with my wife Meredith, I purchased a couple of investment properties in the Victorian District. I consider myself well-acquainted with the many Savannah neighborhoods, from Downtown to The Landings and the Southside to the Islands. Having honed my “next big thing” intuition in New York, I envision an exciting future for real estate investing and development in Savannah.
I selected Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty for its cutting-edge, next-level technology and superior marketing. I look forward to continuing to participate in Savannah’s flourishing as a city. In my spare time, I remain competitive on the tennis court!
