Holly is an extremely professional agent who we worked with for almost 2 years before we were ready to make the move from North Carolina to Charleston. Throughout the two year process she kept us informed of new listings and was very patient with us. Once we made the move and decided on a house she was terrific and very responsive to all our questions. The negotiation process is where she shined! The negotiations were a bit complicated and Holly masterfully negotiated the contract. Being new to the area she also was very helpful in providing the names of builders, architects, lenders, insurance and even restaurant recommendations! Would highly recommend Holly.
