As a Freight Train Conductor with one of the nation's premier transportation companies, Matt exuded technical prowess and sharp focus in the role. With a large support team and high-profile customers relying on him, it was essential to deliver products on time, on budget, and above all, safely.

While performing his leadership duties in his logistics career, Matt identified, acquired, and developed ten investment properties for his personal portfolio. This exercise turned into a labor of love, and before he knew it, Matt developed a proficiency in real estate investment and discovered a new business to master. His prior experience and dependable mentality translated quite well into residential real estate, and he found a like-minded, welcoming brokerage in Daniel Ravenel Sotheby's International Realty.

When Matt isn't working for his clients, he's active in a number of community organizations, including Savannah's St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee. For the past 16 years, he has dedicated his time to both his Catholic and Irish communities with societies like the Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick and the Ancient Order of the Hibernians.
