Three Rivers is the ultimate Savannah retreat located on 5+ acres with 450 ft of deep water and marsh frontage. The house is based on historic river houses of the late 1700s/early 1800s with a special nod to historic Wild Heron in the Georgetown area of Savannah. Built with great care, using materials such as heart yellow pine flooring, original Savannah grey bricks, wormy chestnut and historic door hardware, Three Rivers has a wonderful history of laughter, love and fun. The master suite is located on the main living floor, two additional en-suite bedrooms on the top floor and a guest suite on the garden level.
