Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Annie graduated from Sweet Briar College and quickly jumped at the opportunity to relocate to New York City. In the Big Apple, she sharpened her attention to detail as a paralegal for Davis, Polk, & Wardwell and honed her business acumen in administration for Howard, Darby, & Levin. A design and history enthusiast, Annie laid the groundwork for her future life in Savannah, working for James Robinson, a specialist in English silver, porcelain, and antiques.

Annie relocated to Savannah in 1991, immersing herself in the city’s rich architecture through a position with a private foundation focused on restoring and preserving historic homes. The perfect entry point into real estate, Annie’s expertise would prove invaluable to clients seeking historic homes.

Annie resides in the National Historic Landmark District of Savannah and believes in playing an active role in the Savannah community. She enjoys hosting dinner parties for friends, many of whom she met as clients. Annie also loves traveling, fashion, and spending time with her West Highland Terrier, Scout.
