Betsy graduated from Armstrong State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a minor in Gender and Women’s Studies before embarking on a career that included interning for The Colbert Report, a U.S. Congressman, and the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services at a pivotal time during the mortgage crisis.

She found her niche at a production and entertainment company, overseeing digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, blogging, branding, and promotions for over ten years. Betsy started her real estate career in the lifestyle driven market of Nashville, Tennessee, before returning to her hometown.

The experiences uniquely informed her approach to real estate, where she is equally adept at exercising discretion and putting her listings in the spotlight.
