My wife, Duchess, and I are a real estate team serving buyers and sellers throughout the Southeast with Daniel Ravenel Sotheby's International Realty. We combine the most innovative technology and marketing strategies to find the perfect properties for our buyers and develop targeted world-class marketing plans for our listings. We are most proud of the fact that our clients become friends because we strive to earn their trust and delight in producing results above and beyond their expectations. I moved from Orlando, Florida to Hilton Head Island in 1980 and began working with estate pioneer developers, such as Sea Pines Melrose, Bloody Point, Indigo Run, Belfair, Berkeley Hall, Hampton Hall, and Oldfield. I am honored to have represented many of the Lowcountry's best properties. I've painstakingly honed my skills over decades. My past experiences and continuously have helped me reach a point in my career where it made sense to join the esteemed team at Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty. I am an avid outdoorsman and have always enjoyed the area’s superb hunting, fishing, and golfing opportunities. However, I most enjoy spending time with my family. My wife, Duchess, is a professional pianist and has recorded four CDs. Duchess has now joined me in our real estate practice and brings so many of her talents. She has a keen marketing mind and is highly trusted by all of our clients. Our team-based approach serves our clients efficiently as we collaborate and execute each facet of our transactions and negotiations. Duchess and I are the proud parents of four, grown sons and one grandson.
