Charlotte Roberson

I've been in real estate since 2014 and I love all of the different aspects that go into creating a great experience for my clients. After obtaining my Bachelor's of Arts from Georgia Southern University and spending 16 years as a career Mom, I decided to get my real estate license because I wanted a position where I could help others without being tied to a specific schedule - every day in real estate is fresh and exciting! I use my marketing and design background to help seller clients stage their homes for successful sales and I work with buyer clients to envision how a house could become their home. But the best part for me is turning clients into friends and maintaining that relationship we've developed, long after the transaction has closed. I'm originally from Atlanta, Georgia and I moved to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in 1998 with my husband to raise our family away from the bustle of the metropolis. We love the outdoor lifestyle offered in this coastal area and spend much of our spring and summers fishing and enjoying life on the water with our two children.
